Careers at Natoe AI
Join Natoe AI as a board-certified, U.S.-licensed radiologist on an AI-Native teleradiology platform. The platform integrates FDA-cleared radiology AI algorithms with subspecialty-matched workflow — AI pre-analyzes every study, retrieves prior studies automatically, and drafts structured reports. You apply clinical judgment and sign every report. Clinical roles are per-read pay, set your own schedule, 100% remote.
We also hire commercial and operating roles that build the business around that platform. Each listing below shows its own work setting and employment type.
To apply for any open role: email [email protected] with your CV. Radiologists, please include your active state licensure list, or submit through natoe.ai/platform/radiologists.
Open Roles

Clinical / Neuroradiology · 100% Remote (USA) · Per-Diem / Part-Time / Full-Time
Read brain CT, brain MRI, spine MRI, head & neck, and pediatric neuro studies remotely. AI pre-analysis flags critical findings (intracranial hemorrhage, large vessel occlusion, mass effect) before you open the case. Subspecialty rates 25-40% above general.
Remote Breast Imaging Radiologist (MQSA-Certified, 2D / 3D Tomosynthesis)
Clinical / Breast Imaging · 100% Remote (USA) · Per-Diem / Part-Time / Full-Time

Clinical / Musculoskeletal Imaging · 100% Remote (USA) · Per-Diem / Part-Time / Full-Time
Read MSK MRI (knee, shoulder, hip, spine, foot/ankle, wrist), CT arthrograms, and sports imaging studies remotely. AI pre-analysis flags meniscal tears, ACL injuries, rotator cuff pathology, and fractures before you open the study. Subspecialty rates 25–40% above general.
Remote Body Imaging Radiologist (Fellowship-Trained, US-Licensed)
Clinical / Body Imaging · 100% Remote (USA) · Per-Diem / Part-Time / Full-Time
Read abdominal CT, abdominal MRI, pelvic CT/MRI, oncologic staging studies, and GI/GU imaging remotely. AI pre-analysis flags acute findings (free air, free fluid, bowel obstruction, oncologic findings) before you open the study. Subspecialty rates 20–35% above general.
Regional Sales Director (Diagnostic Imaging & Teleradiology)
Sales / Commercial · Hybrid · Full-Time
Own a territory selling AI-Native teleradiology to independent imaging centers, hospital imaging departments, radiology groups and multi-site imaging organizations. Full-cycle individual-contributor role — pipeline, discovery, proposal, negotiation, contract and launch. Hybrid, full-time.
Why Radiologists Choose Teleradiology at Natoe AI
Teleradiology jobs have become one of the most direct routes to a sustainable radiology career. Remote radiology work removes the commute, removes the reading-room interruptions, and lets you build a schedule around your life rather than a hospital roster. Diagnostic imaging is uniquely suited to it: CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound and mammography can all be interpreted from a properly configured home workstation.
What makes Natoe AI different from a traditional teleradiology group is the workflow itself. The platform is AI-Native, not a legacy worklist with AI attached afterwards. FDA-cleared radiology AI algorithms pre-analyze every study before you open it — flagging suspected findings, retrieving prior studies for comparison, and drafting a structured report. You review that draft, apply clinical judgment, edit whatever needs editing, and sign. The AI never signs a report and never practises medicine; you do.
In practice that means less time on dictation and measurement bookkeeping, and more time on the part of the work that actually requires a radiologist. It also means the administrative overhead that drives radiology burnout — chasing priors, formatting reports, re-keying measurements — is largely handled before the study reaches you.
What a Reading Session Looks Like
- Studies arrive on your worklist already routed by subspecialty, so you read within your fellowship training rather than whatever lands next.
- AI pre-analysis has already run. Suspected findings are flagged, relevant priors are attached, and a structured report draft is waiting.
- You interpret the study, correct or discard anything the AI drafted, and add your impression.
- You sign the final report. It returns to the facility PACS automatically. Critical findings trigger a direct call to the ordering physician.
Requirements for All Radiologist Roles
- Board certification by the American Board of Radiology (or AOBR).
- Active, unrestricted US state medical licensure. Multi-state licensure is an advantage; we support additional state licensing for radiologists who read regularly with us.
- Fellowship training for subspecialty roles — neuroradiology, breast imaging, MSK or body imaging as applicable. MQSA qualification is required for mammography.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection and a diagnostic-capable home workstation. We advise on display and configuration requirements during onboarding.
How Compensation and Scheduling Work
Radiologists at Natoe AI are paid per read rather than on a fixed salary, so throughput and subspecialty mix determine earnings. Per-diem, part-time and full-time arrangements are all supported, and you set your own availability — including nights and weekends if that suits you, and not if it does not. Rates depend on modality, subspecialty and turnaround commitment, and are discussed directly during the conversation rather than published as a fixed rate card.
If you want to understand the wider market before applying, our teleradiology salary guide breaks down real US compensation by employment model, and our pay-per-study rate guide covers per-read rates by modality.
