About the Role

Natoe AI is hiring fellowship-trained, board-certified neuroradiologists to read remotely on our AI-native teleradiology platform. The platform integrates FDA-cleared neuroradiology AI algorithms with subspecialty-matched workflow. Critical findings (intracranial hemorrhage, large vessel occlusion, mass effect, midline shift) are AI-flagged before you open the study, and prior studies are retrieved automatically.

We route neuroradiology volume across our facility partners exclusively to fellowship-trained neuroradiologists. You read brain and spine, not chest CTs.

What You Will Read

Brain CT (acute stroke protocol, trauma, mass effect, follow-up)
Brain MRI (multi-sequence, contrast-enhanced, MRA, MRV, perfusion, fMRI)
Spine MRI (cervical, thoracic, lumbar — degenerative, oncologic, post-op)
Head & neck imaging (CT and MRI)
Pediatric neuroradiology (when fellowship covers it)

Required Qualifications

MD or DO degree
ABR or AOBR board certification in diagnostic radiology
Fellowship training in neuroradiology (CAQ in neuroradiology preferred)
Active medical license in at least one US state (multi-state preferred)
Active malpractice coverage (or willing to acquire)
2+ years post-fellowship experience preferred

Compensation

Per-read compensation with subspecialty premium. Active full-time neuroradiologists on Natoe AI typically annualize $500,000 to $850,000+. Part-time and moonlighting scale proportionally.
