Per-read pricing aligns incentives: the teleradiology provider is motivated to maintain quality and turnaround on every study because that is the unit of value being delivered.
At Natoe AI, per-read rates vary by modality and complexity. X-ray reads are priced lower than MRI or CT reads, which reflects the relative time and expertise required. STAT reads carry a small premium over routine reads for the same reason. Subspecialty reads (neuroradiology, breast imaging, cardiac MRI) are priced at subspecialty rates.
