1. Scope
This notice covers the public Natoe website. Authenticated clinical products and Natoe Discover have separate technical configurations. Their login cookies, chat storage or bot checks should not be assumed to behave like this public site.
2. Enquiry confirmation
After a successful enquiry, the website stores limited confirmation context in session storage in the same browser tab. It records the enquiry category, whether a CV was attached, a public role identifier when relevant and a timestamp. It does not store your name, email, CV contents or message in this confirmation record.
The confirmation page stops using this record after 24 hours, and the browser ordinarily clears session storage when the tab session ends. Closing the tab or clearing site data removes it; browser session restoration can affect how long the stored record remains.
3. Demo scheduling
Calendly loads when you select a demo-booking link. The embedded service receives connection information and the information you enter into its scheduler. Calendly’s own notices and controls apply to its use of cookies.
You can review Calendly’s privacy information in the scheduler. Our Privacy Policy also explains how we handle booking information.
4. Optional website analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It helps us understand page visits, navigation, demonstration use and completed enquiries. We send the enquiry category, not the information entered into the form. Names, email addresses, messages, CV details and URL query strings are excluded from these events.
Google processes device and connection information to provide Analytics. Analytics storage is set to expire after 180 days. We do not enable advertising personalisation or Google Signals. Your analytics preference is stored on this device for 180 days.
Choose Cookie settings in the footer to allow or decline analytics at any time. Declining does not affect enquiries, applications or demo scheduling.
5. Hosting and connection records
Our hosting provider processes connection, request and security information to deliver and protect the website. These records can include IP addresses and browser information and are separate from information stored in your browser.
6. Your controls
You can clear site data and manage cookies through your browser. Blocking necessary storage can limit personalised confirmation or embedded scheduling. Cookie controls do not automatically stop all server-side processing or marketing emails.
