Remote Teleradiologist (Board-Certified, US-Licensed)

About the Role

Natoe AI is hiring board-certified, U.S.-licensed radiologists to read remotely on our AI-native teleradiology platform. Studies arrive pre-analyzed by FDA-cleared radiology AI, with prior studies retrieved automatically and a structured report draft ready for your review. You apply your clinical judgment and sign every report. The platform handles the prep work so you can read more studies in less time.

We serve independent imaging centers, outpatient diagnostic facilities, urgent care clinics with imaging, and mobile imaging operators across the United States.

What You Will Do

• Interpret CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound, and mammography studies remotely
• Review AI-generated pre-analysis, measurements, and prior comparison
• Edit and finalize structured radiology reports
• Sign every report with your full clinical authority — AI assists, you decide
• Communicate critical findings to ordering clinicians per platform escalation protocol

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board certification by ABR or AOBR (or board-eligible)
• Active medical license in at least one US state (multi-state preferred)
• Active malpractice coverage (or willing to acquire)
• Comfortable reading on diagnostic-grade displays from a HIPAA-compliant home setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Fellowship training in any radiology subspecialty (neuroradiology, MSK, body, breast imaging, pediatric, emergency radiology, cardiac)
• 2+ years post-fellowship experience
• Experience with PACS-based remote reading
• Multi-state licensure across populous regions

Compensation

Per-read compensation is competitive with leading US teleradiology platforms. Rates vary by modality and subspecialty. Active radiologists on Natoe AI typically earn $400,000 to $750,000+ annualized at full-time volume. Part-time and moonlighting arrangements scale proportionally. No mandatory minimums, no required shifts, no geography restrictions beyond state licensure.
