1. Applications covered
This notice covers radiologist interest forms, advertised jobs and general career applications submitted through Natoe’s website. Recruitment is for U.S. roles and technology roles with Natoe India, the wholly owned Indian subsidiary of Natoe Inc. The relevant employing or contracting entity is identified during recruitment.
This notice supplements the Privacy Policy. Further credentialing, employment or contractor documentation may be provided at a later stage.
2. What we collect and why
We collect the contact information, experience, qualifications, role preferences, availability and documents you choose to submit. Radiologist applications may include specialties and state licences; career applications may include a professional profile or portfolio link.
We use this information to assess suitability, communicate with you, organise interviews or demonstrations, manage recruitment and meet applicable obligations. References, background checks or additional credential verification may require separate information, notices or authorisation. Uploading a CV is not a blanket authorisation for every possible check.
3. Access and service providers
Relevant recruiting, clinical, operational and hiring personnel may access your application, together with providers supporting submission, email and recruitment administration. The website delivers applications and CV attachments through Natoe’s email service.
A general application can be considered for roles consistent with the interests you provide. Any longer-term talent-pool retention or sharing with another legal entity must follow the relevant notice and applicable requirements.
4. Retention and requests
Application records are retained according to the recruitment purpose, applicable recordkeeping requirements and any dispute or legal hold. If you join Natoe, relevant records may become part of the engagement record. A patient-record retention period does not automatically apply to CVs or applications.
You can contact [email protected] to ask about your application information, correct an error or request deletion. We may retain information where required or permitted by law and will explain any relevant limitation.
5. Your choices
Provide information relevant to the role. Patient records are not required for an application. An application is not a job offer, clinical credential approval or guarantee of work.
Submitting the website form does not produce an automated hiring decision. Applications are referred to the relevant Natoe team for consideration.
