Last Updated: March 16, 2026 — Version 3.0
Our Commitment
Natoe Inc., doing business as Natoe AI, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards to our website (www.natoe.ai) and our teleradiology platform.
Conformance Standards
We conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level for our marketing website and are working toward conformance for our clinical platform. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone. Conformance with these guidelines helps ensure that our digital services are accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
We are evaluating WCAG 2.2 standards and plan to align with the updated guidelines as part of our accessibility improvement program.
As a healthcare entity, we are committed to compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act where applicable.
Measures We Take
Natoe AI takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Include accessibility as part of our internal development and design practices.

Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content on our website and platform may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware of the following limitations and are actively working to address them:
- Some older PDF documents may not be fully compatible with screen readers. We aim to remediate known PDF accessibility issues by Q4 2026, and we ensure all new documents meet accessibility standards.
- Certain diagnostic imaging viewer components may have limited accessibility due to the highly visual nature of radiological images. Clinical image viewer accessibility improvements are targeted for completion by Q2 2027, with interim accommodations available upon request.
- Some third-party embedded content may not meet our accessibility standards. We work with our vendors to improve the accessibility of integrated services.
